David A. Gross
David Gross is co-founder of Theta Group Development. He is a former energy derivatives trader with over 20 years of real estate investment experience. After a 10-year aggregation of over 120 single-family rentals, David sold his portfolio in 2019 to focus exclusively on the NNN industrial real estate space. Since then, he has been involved with some of the highest quality office/warehouse developments in and around Houston, while continuing his affinity of rental aggregation via new-development and value-add NNN assets. He oversees all development activity including strategic site selection and planning, permitting, utility procurement, project financing, and the eventual sales & leases of the properties. David is both a proud Mustang and Owl, receiving his BBA in Finance from SMU and MBA from Rice University, respectively. In addition, David is a licensed real estate Broker in the State of Texas.
Jamal Kaileh
Jamal Kaileh is co-founder of Theta Group LLC Development, and runs all construction related activities. He is a seasoned investor, entrepreneurial business builder, and construction expert with a proven track record of launching, scaling, and optimizing high-performing brands and real estate ventures. Having built hundreds of commercial projects of various use and design, he has a keen and thorough understanding of the building and design process, and prides himself on delivering the highest quality product each and every time. Jamal is also a proud Navy veteran with deep roots in his Church and community.
